Our Contacts N' Coffee events allow you the opportunity to introduce yourself, your position, the entity that you represent, what it is that your entity provides and, importantly, what entity/entities might make a great referral for you.

About Tony May

Tony May is the owner of The May Insurance Group, founded in 1998, as a Nationwide Insurance agency.    The insurance agency started with Over the next few years the agency opened several other offices in Houston and by 2008 they had 2 offices in the San Antonio area.    By 2012, they were in the Top 5 Nationwide agencies in Texas.  The agency was built to provide Old Fashioned Service using the latest in technology and communication.  Great staff and sales people are key to the success of the agency.  

In 2020, the agency transitioned from the Nationwide captive system to become a fully independent insurance agency.   This has opened the door to a large menu of carriers to provide a variety of pricing for our clients insurance needs.    We are primarily and Property and Casualty agency serving clients needs for personal auto, home, renters, liability and life protection.   Over the last several years we have also moved into the commercial insurance market serving primarily small business insurance needs.

Tony has been married to Felecia for 33 years. They have 2 grown sons Austin 27 and Tucker 25.    In May of this year, they were blessed to welcome a Daughter in Law- Karly into the family.     He is active in the Episcopal Church and in his spare time loves to work and play at his gentleman’s ranch in La Grange.   

About Lane Pauly

Lane Pauly is co-owner of Texas Roof Renew, a certified dealer of Roof Maxx, which is an affordable, plant-based, and proven alternative treatment that extends the life of an asphalt shingle roof for up to 15 years. He also specializes in complete roof replacements, working directly with insurance companies. In just 6 months, Lane has made Texas Roof Renew a 5-star certified dealership, which proudly serves all of Houston and surrounding areas.

Previously, Lane served as the Director of Sales and Business Development for Holmes Smokehouse, a manufacturer and distributor of smoked meat products for over 13 years. He sold product in over 3000 grocery outlets and discounted retailers nationwide, including H.E.B., Kroger, Target, Walmart, and Sam’s Club.

Lane is a native Houstonian and is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is married with a 1.5 year old son and a daughter on the way. Lane is a baseball enthusiast and enjoys watching his hometown team, the Houston Astros.
