Leo started his career in the food service industry at a young age working for his family’s restaurant. Under the mentorship of Marta Gutierrez, he found a passion for cooking and service. Leo gathered his experience over the years by working at different levels within the industry. In 2008, he found an opportunity to branch out and established Italian Cafe Inc. in Spring, Texas. After many years in Spring, he decided to open a restaurant in Houston which summed up his years of experience and established Rocco’s Restaurant LLC in Houston’s Northside Community. Leo is very excited to be a part of such a diverse, historical and resurging community as Northside! Being a part of Northside has allowed him to learn from others’ experiences in order to be of better service to this community.
