Featured Presenter, Martha Beaudry - Realtor, Resource, Friend., filled us in, not only on the trends in regards to the values of residential properties in Northside (Yes, they are increasing!) but also various ways that residential communities in Northside can avoid some of the misshaps that have occured in nearby urban areas that have experienced rapid growth. The character of our residential communities can, indeed, remain in tact while, at the same time, the overall value of our homes and properties can still be maximized! Great job, Martha!

What can we say about the absolutely delicious food and warm, welcoming service that we all received from Cynthia Rivera and her staff at Alamo Tamale & Taco other than - Amazing! Folks, not only does Alamo make the best tamales in town (Yes, we said it.) but they also offer a variety of other options such as bakery goods, homemade tortillas, a full cafeteria-style restaurant, a bar and a large banquet room - all under one roof!
